How to debug the electronic weighbridge?

The use of electronic weighbridge is becoming more and more routine. For economic reasons, most manufacturers will directly debug the weights in the factory, and rarely choose on-site debugging, thus reducing the accuracy of weighing. Facing this situation, how should we debug the electronic weighbridge?

1、 After the installation of the electronic weighbridge, check whether the connection of each part of the electronic weighbridge is intact. The electronic weighbridge should not contact any part of the foundation. The distance between the electronic weighbridge and the surrounding edge guard iron is 10mm - 15mm.

2、 Before commissioning, turn on the power switch to preheat for 15 minutes, and try to use a vehicle with a load capacity close to the maximum weighing capacity to pass back and forth for many times and stop on the bearing platform. Tighten the high-strength bolts of each weighing sensor with a torque wrench.

3、 Use a digital voltmeter to measure the output voltage of each weighing sensor of the electronic weighbridge in turn. If there is any inconsistency, adjust the corresponding two precision adjustable resistors in the junction box respectively to reduce the difference between them. However, attention must be paid to the adjustment amount. The rotation direction and rotation amount of the two adjustable resistors must be the same. When they rotate clockwise, their resistance decreases, the output voltage increases, and the displayed value increases. Otherwise, the reverse is true. Until the output of each weighing sensor of the electronic weighbridge is consistent. Generally, the commissioning can be carried out using the weight method, that is, the weights with 1/10 of the maximum weighing capacity are placed on the central position of the electronic platform and the platform above each weighing sensor in turn, and the real difference method is used to accurately measure the difference output of each weighing sensor. At the same time, the two precision adjustable resistors corresponding to the weighing sensors at each bearing point of the electronic platform are adjusted respectively to reduce the difference between each other, but the rotation direction and rotation amount are also the same.

4、 After the key points of the electronic weighbridge are debugged, the weight equivalent to the maximum weighing capacity is evenly added to the electronic weighbridge bearing platform. After the displayed value is consistent with the weight value according to the position and method described in the instructions of various weighing displays, remove the weight and confirm that the empty scale displays "0". Finally, divide the maximum weighing capacity into several parts, including the minimum weighing capacity, maximum weighing capacity and each weighing point with tolerance change of the scale. It is required that the weighing error of each point of the electronic weighbridge is not greater than the maximum tolerance requirement of each weighing point.

5、 Refer to the operation manual (professional technical manual) of the electronic weighbridge weighing display, check the correctness of various function keys, and improve the weighing accuracy of the electronic weighbridge.
