The main purpose of the grounding work of the electronic truck scale

1. Working grounding: In order to meet the operation requirements of the power system or weighing instrument, a certain point of the power system or weighing instrument is grounded, and the electronic truck scale is the working grounding. If the T-system power supply is adopted, it has a good grounding.

2. Lightning protection and grounding: It is composed of lightning protection devices such as lightning strip, lightning arrester, lightning arrester, lightning rod and the grounding body connected in a radial or circular shape. The lightning arrester of the electronic truck scale is connected with the grounding body by using (40) mm galvanized flat steel or multi-stranded copper wire with a cross-sectional area of not less than 95 mm2.

Protective grounding: in order to prevent personal injury caused by insulation damage of electrical equipment, the voltage of its metal shell to the ground is limited to a safe voltage, and the exposure of electrical equipment can be called protective grounding. 4. Repeated grounding: in the TN-C system of the low-voltage distribution system, in order to prevent the loss of grounding protection due to the neutral line fault, causing the electric shock hazard of the electronic truck scale and damaging the equipment to be grounded again (making it become the TN-C-S system).

5. Anti-static grounding: the grounding of electronic truck scale to eliminate the harm of static electricity to people and equipment, such as connecting some liquid or gas metal pipelines or vehicles with weak

6. Shield grounding: In order to prevent mutual interference between circuits due to parasitic capacitance, circuit radiation electric field or sensitivity to external electric field, necessary isolation must be carried out and the metal of the screen must be grounded.

7. Grounding with special requirements: for example, the grounding of weak point system, computer system and medium-voltage system of electronic truck scale, when the neutral point is directly grounded or grounded through small resistance, the requirements of weak current system shall be followed.
